Our Refined, Concierge-Style Wedding Planning & Design Experience


As part of the McKee Events family, we start with the foundation to cast your wedding day vision. Once we’ve laid the groundwork, you’ll receive a custom Client Portal that has every resource you’ll need in one place. A Detailed Task List, Decor Sheet, Payment Tracker, Seating Chart Tool, Vendor List, Timeline Guide and more will all live inside your portal to set up the rest of the planning experience for success.


This is our personal favorite phase because it brings our couples the most joy! After filling out our comprehensive questionnaire, we’ll begin to unpack your vision and how to translate it into your wedding day design. From floral selection to tablescapes, invitations to signage, all the way to spatial design and ceremony layout — every element of your day will incorporate your priorities as a couple.


As you and your partner enjoy your engagement, our team is working behind the scenes organizing the details you shouldn’t think twice over. We’re combing through email exchanges with talented vendors, managing rentals, checking off RSVPs, finalizing your minute-by-minute timeline, and preparing to bring all big and small pieces together for your celebration.

Why do I need a wedding planner?

A wedding planner brings ease for both you as the couple and to your team of vendors. You get to fully enjoy your engagement while having a professional take care of the nitty-gritty behind-the-scenes like reviewing vendor contracts and managing custom rentals. More than that, you have a trusted, loyal friend who is eager to bring your ideas to life in ways you couldn’t imagine!

Where do you serve weddings and are you available for travel?

While we are based in Greenville, SC we serve all couples in the greater Southeast. Submit an inquiry on our Contact Form to see if we serve your location.

How do I know which package is right for me?

Head to our Contact Page to tell us a bit more about your partner and what you’re envisioning for your wedding. You’ll be directed to our Investment Guide where you can identify which package best suits your needs.

How do I reserve my date?

Once you receive our Investment Guide, you’ll have the opportunity to schedule a 30-minute consultation with our team. After our call, we will send over a proposal and an invoice for a 50% deposit to reserve your date.

Do you offer day-of-coordination?

The closest service we offer to day-of coordination is our Wedding Management package. Given the amount of detail that goes into finalizing logistics, it’s best for us to make preparations at least several months in advance so we can ensure the success of your event.
